Classes and Private Sessions
At SolutionSkills our approach to test preparation is built around you.
Even during the current environments of the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to make available the best options to prepare for these tests even during times of change and uncertainty.
We have therefore added online classes to our arsenal of test prep services and hope you will find an option that fits what you want for your student prior to each national test date. ACT scores have never been more important than they are today—they play a major role in the college admissions decision and can determine whether or not you get into the college of your dreams. SolutionSkills now offers the following choices:
Online Classes
The multi-week classes are limited to 5 students per section, and end just prior to the test date. “Premium” classes are two days per week and and cover all aspects of ACT prep: Diagnostic tests, strategies and tactics and test taking skills.
The single week classes (Online ACT 3 Day Classes) are short term but concentrated courses of study that end just before the ACT test date. This online 3 day class will be offered at Chiles High School for the December ACT and in the spring of 2021.
Ace the ACT Online
This class is the online version of a SolutionSkills tradition: a timely, helpful and effective workshop, taken just before the actual test date.
It covers all sections of the ACT but is fast moving with many just-in-time strategies and shortcuts that can make a difference on the test the following day. There are four, 40 minute segments of instruction that are interactive, engaging and motivational.

Once it becomes safe to meet in an in-person environment, we will again offer the wide range of choices we always have.
Longer, multi-week classes, weekend and three-day formats and our popular “day before” review session always held the Friday before the Saturday test date.

Ten lessons comprised of 1 session of diagnostic/practice/feedback, 4 sessions of math & science, and 4 sessions of English/Reading and one session in enhanced test taking and self-management skills. Each lesson is in a 1-1 format. Times, frequency and schedules are determined in advance according to YOUR preference and availability. All learning and practice materials are included. This program will also take into account previous test scores and a needs assessment prior to the beginning of the program.

Premium 1-1 In-person sessions that offer the maximum benefits of customized instruction on the days and hours of your choosing. Number of sessions can vary according to need. All classes and premium 1-1 tutoring will cover the essentials of good ACT prep: Each section of the test, time-saving strategies/tactics, and coaching on becoming a better, more skilled and confident test taker.

Our experienced instructors have been trained to deliver the best preparation available along with personal attention and assistance.
