SolutionSkills is committed to ethical business practices. Below are the policies and procedures by which we operate.
First Consultation is Free
At SolutionSkills, we are proud of our variety of programs, and are more than happy to meet with you to discuss them. We have a "first consultation is free" policy. Call us today to set up an appointment to discuss your child's needs.
1-on-1 and small group tutoring sessions last for one hour unless otherwise specified. Tutors are often booked with sessions running continuously during an afternoon, so please arrive for you appointment on time. Time spent over 1 hour is billed the pro-rated rate of $15.00 per quarter hour.
To officially cancel a scheduled or regularly scheduled tutoring appointment, the parent or guardian must notify the SolutionSkills office by 6pm the preceding business day. If we are notified after that time, a $25 service charge will be assessed. If we are not informed the student is a "No Show". In the case of a "No Show" the student is charged the full amount of the appointment.
We accept cash, check, VISA and MasterCard. Please contact our office for payment procedures.

SolutionSkills will make every effort to make regular contact with you either by telephone or by written report. Please feel free to contact us at any time for an update on academic progress. We send notices to teachers at least once per six weeks for our regular students. We will pass this information to you as it becomes available.
